As expansion continues, our client is seeking a professional with at least 10 years' experience in agrochemical in multinational company for the job of Territory Manager - Agrochemicals. The job is based in Makassar, Indonesia.Key job responsibilities include: Direct report to the Country Commercial Head IndonesiaAchieve the sales target of assigned channels by formulating sales planning and strategiesResponsible for the entire sales cycle, including but not limited to regular follow-up with the current and potential clients, monitoring and collaborating with the dealers and distributors, managing the channels for the products' delivery and distribution and payment collectionPlan and implement sales strategies and manage trade expenditures for assigned key customers to maximize business opportunities and product presentation as well as promote sales and profit growthLead and coach the team for achieving the sales targetDevelop and maintain the relationship with internal and external stakeholdersManage the consolidated budget with accuracy and professionalism and efficiencyCollate and submit regular reports to Senior Management for evaluating the performance of existing strategies and sales periodicallyPerform any other ad hoc duties as required.Job Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Agriculture or a related discipline; MBA in Agribusiness Management will be an advantage;Minimum 10 years of relevant experience especially in the Agrochemicals industryFluent in English, both written and verbal communicationsProficient in MS Word, Excel and Power PointStrong knowledge of pesticides/plant growth promoters/agro inputs marketing businessStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to establish strong internal and external working relationships.High integrity, honesty, and ethical standardsFluent English communication; spoken and writtenProficient computer skills, Microsoft Office Suite and social network platformsInterest in complex data analysisStrong communicatorAble to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectivelySelf-motivated and eager to expand competences and growCreative problem solver
